GUILDERTON

Steel in the Sand:
Two-Storey Brilliance in Guilderton

There’s something special about working by the coast and Guilderton delivered the goods.

We had the pleasure of fabricating and installing the structural steel for a stunning two-storey build just minutes from the ocean. Split into two carefully planned phases, this project brought together precision engineering, coastal air, and a killer view.

Phase one kicked off with the ground floor structural framework — setting the foundation for what would become a modern architectural beauty. Once the slab and framing were complete, we returned for round two: lifting in the second-storey steel, bringing the structure to life with clean lines, rock-solid welds, and a whole lot of Perth Welding Works pride.

From workshop to site, every weld was done in-house, and every beam landed exactly where it needed to go. We worked closely with the builders to keep the job flowing smoothly, on time, and to spec — because good work doesn’t just happen in the shed. It happens on-site, in the dust and sun, where real projects come together.
